About The Owner
At the age of 20, Michael Martin attended an auction at Haynie’s Corner where he bid on and purchased his first home. This marked the beginning as his first historic renovation project.
Working on the 1880s Second Empire Style home cemented Michael’s desire to preserve the architectural heritage of Evansville and the surrounding areas. Now, after 25 years, Michael still strives to conserve the art, craft and context of historic buildings.
